A withdrawal or deposit is initiated at any staff member’s workstation on any device (tablet, PC, iPad, etc.)
The transaction is queued in the Cloud and prepared for processing
The transaction is processed at the TCR (either behind the teller counter or in a centralized location) once a unique pin pad code is entered by the staff member
