A New iQ: Insights Live Never Before

The iQ You Know & Love Just Got a Face-Lift

What’s Changed?

NAVIGATION MENU

Current State:

  • — The side navigation menu is static and remains at its full width.

Changes that were made:

  • — The side navigation menu will now be minimized when not in use and will expand when a user needs to navigate to a specific chart.
  • — The side navigation menu will now have an “Incyte” section where our clients will be able to navigate to Incyte charts.

Benefits to the clients:

  • — By minimizing the side menu when idle, it will remove clutter from the chart pages while also providing more screen space for the charts themselves. This will make it easier for the client to focus on the data in front of them.

DASHBOARD

Current state:

  • — The same dashboard displays for all users.
  • — There is no ability to remove, rearrange, or resize, the items on the dashboard.

Changes that were made:

  • — Widgets were introduced to the dashboard. Everything on the dashboard is now a widget.
  • — Widgets can be added, resized, and removed.
  • — Chart widgets can be added to the dashboard to needed data right as the user logs in.

Benefits to the clients:

  • — Clients can customize the dashboard to their needs and get the data they are looking for quickly without having to click into a chart.
  • — Clients can organize the dashboard in a way that makes the most sense to them. Allowing them to arrange the data in a way that helps them get to the answers they are looking for faster.

CHARTS

The following charts were redesigned:

  • — Are the machines healthy, deployed properly, and being used?
  • — How are tellers using the machines?
  • — How much cash was moved by the machines?

Current state:

  • — The charts are built on displaying each individual data point

Changes that were made:

  • — The charts are now built on totals and combined data.
  • — A drill-down was added so that users can still see each individual data point if needed.

Benefits to the clients:

  • — Simplifying the charts enables users to understand their data faster. Making it easier for them to decide where they need to focus their efforts.
  • — Simpler charts make the data less overwhelming and easier for users to digest which makes them more comfortable with the tool and more likely to use it.
  • — Reducing the complexity in the charts also reduces the amount of training required for users to grasp the tool. This makes it easier for clients to onboard new users.
